I completed my Masters in Gender and Development from the University of Melbourne in 2014. During that time I specialized in children and conflict within Africa, completed an international internship and thesis, the subject of which was children born of rape during the Rwandan genocide. I completed research in the field, working with local NGOs to gain a greater understanding of the current context affecting my subjects. Most recently working with AfriKids UK where I spearheaded their gender consciousness, generating accessible research, documents, briefings and policies in relation to gender for the UK and Ghana.
