A senior consultant with over 13 years experience in international development, specializing in women's rights and gender equality. Kate has worked for three years in DFID's policy division covering a range of gender issues and with significant experience of ministerial engagement, as well as in international NGOs, Oxfam, ActionAid and Amnesty International. Kate holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development. Kate's country experience includes Afghanistan, Argentina, Bangladesh, India, Kenya, Mali, Nepal, Senegal, South Africa, and Sri Lanka.
