Kristie Drucza

Brief Biography:

Dr. Drucza has a post-graduate degree in the anthropology of gender and participatory development and a PhD that assesses the various ways to build an inclusive state in post-conflict Nepal through: social protection; affirmative action, federalism, policy, cash transfers and social security. She is interested in the inter-relationship between agency and structures of power and uses political, iterative, and participatory processes.
