Polly is an international education adviser and teacher educator with over 15 years’ experience supporting strategic education programme development in low-income countries across Africa and Asia. She is highly skilled in facilitating participatory design and learning processes, developing programme strategy at global and local levels and writing policy and technical education papers. Polly has worked with a wide range of stakeholders, policy makers, INGOs and government bodies in the movement to achieve quality education for all children, particularly girls and children with disabilities. She has excellent people skills with an open, participatory approach and expertise in inclusive education, girls’ education and teacher professional development.
