Frances Brodrick

Brief Biography:

I am a women's empowerment specialist, with experience of working with displaced populations including victims of trafficking, refugees and exploited foreign domestic workers. I have designed and delivered a range of support provisions for people experiencing homelessness and destitution across the world, with particular focus on the UK and Middle East. I speak Arabic and specialise in delivering appropriate responses to SGBV.
I have conducted a number of independent evaluations of projects that promote women’s empowerment, peace building, and respond to issues around migration, destitution, violence against women and conflict. I have conducted research on issues such as trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution and violent extremism.
