Neha Kagal & Manju Patel-Nair

Brief Biography:

Neha and Manju are racial justice facilitators with over 25 years of combined experience working across various sectors including INGOs, higher education, multi-lateral donors and government institutions. Their anti-racism work includes deepening participants’ critical thinking and facilitating difficult conversations around what decolonising international development might look like. They support development organisations to de-centre the ‘white-gaze’ of development as well as embed anti-racist praxis, with an understanding of how this journey starts with extending ourselves as individuals who are part of a wider collective. They work through an intersectional lens, using various interactive pedagogical tools to create transformative solidarity practices.
