The Gender and Development Network (GADN) is recruiting for a Policy Manager. This new post provides an exciting opportunity to play a senior role at the heart of a well-respected network as we continue to expand our influence in the UK while forging new allies internationally. Working on a range of gender equality issues with a particular focus on economic justice, the post-holder will work closely with colleagues across the UK international sector, build relationships with DFID staff, and develop respectful alliances with feminists in the Global South. With an excellent understanding of women’s rights, gender equality and development issues the successful candidate will have a background in policy analysis, an understanding of economic justice issues, and commitment and enthusiasm towards working as part of an international feminist movement.
