Laura Brown

Brief Biography:

Laura is an intersectional feminist with extensive experience in women's rights, feminist partnership, developing feminist funding mechanisms (including fundraising and proposal writing) and gender justice programming including ending VAWG, women's participation and leadership and strengthening feminist movements. She is also a creative gender trainer and qualified inclusive facilitator with extensive experience in external representation and network co-ordination.

Areas of Expertise:

I have extensive experience and interest in feminist partnership work and feminist, trust based funding. I am also experienced in the mechanisms of feminist movement strengthening and the gendered realities of closing civic space. I am also deeply interested in supporting WHRD in wellbeing and collective care and being a convenor and facilitator of learning and sharing spaces.
