Alejandra Meneses is an experienced international development specialist with over eight years of expertise in gender data, policy analysis, and project coordination. She has led survey design and multi-stakeholder engagement for global gender equality indices, including the OECD’s Social Institutions and Gender Index (SIGI). Alejandra has a proven ability to translate complex gender data into actionable policy insights and has contributed to numerous high-level publications and global partnerships. Passionate about driving evidence-based change to advance gender equality, she brings a strong mix of analytical skills, cross-cultural experience, and a deep commitment to inclusive development.
