Brief Biography:

International Development Consultant specializing in social inclusion, with focus on intersectionality of disability, gender, and age with strong rights-based approach; technical focus on organisational capacity development and training in regard to gender and disability inclusion; Theory of Change development, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL). Extensive experience in programme design and management; qualitative research and analysis; participatory review and learning; project evaluations in context of gender-based violence, equity-focused and gender-responsive/feminist approach to research, and programming across thematic areas. Clients include DfID, UNTF, CDB, VSO, Plan International UK, Tearfund, CBM, LC, MyRight Sweden, ADD International.

Areas of Expertise: 

Thematic areas involve women’s economic empowerment, inclusive education, gender-based violence, social norm change around gender and disability inclusion and empowerment.
