Mary Ann Brocklesby

Mary Ann has more than 25-years gender, diversity, social development and governance experience in consultancy, management, training and research on the gender equity, poverty, rights-based and human development aspects of development. She has technical expertise in gender equality and social inclusion policy and programming, extreme poverty, security and justice, livelihoods and bridging the humanitarian-development divide. Particular expertise in monitoring, evaluation and learning using participatory processes and methodologies as well as designing and enhancing mechanisms for greater voice and accountability between citizens and the state. She is a trained coach and mentor working to get more inclusive, gender diverse leaders in development.
