Rachel Haynes

Brief Biography:

Rachel Haynes, as Flamingo for NGOs, offers funding, learning and management services to a wide range of international NGOs.  Rachel leads on funding bids, undertakes peer reviews and proposal reviews, provides coaching and training, FR strategy development & donor trends, analysis and research. She also undertakes interim management roles. With a strong interest in gender issues, Rachel has been an independent consultant since 2012 and since that time has worked with over 40 NGOs. Prior to that she was a senior manager in an NGO, and has masters degrees in Gender and Development, and Development Management.
