Safeguarding and Beyond

In March 2018, the Gender & Development Network organised a workshop as a space for GADN members to begin to make sense of the recent disclosues of sexual harassment and abuse by male staff in INGOs and their partner organisations, of women staff, and of the women and girls using services provided by INGOs. The workshop was intended as a starting point to collate a set of proposals in order to ensure the safeguarding response to the current sexual harassment disclosures is as robust as it can be.
