La Via Campesina
La Via Campesina is an international organisation comprising of over 180 organisations, coordinating millions of peasants, small and medium-size farmers, landless people, rural women and youth, indigenous people, migrants and agricultural workers from Asia, Africa, America, and Europe. They strive for the recognition of peasants’ rights, food sovereignty, climate and environmental justice and to end violence against women.
