Plataforma Auditoría Ciudadana de la Deuda (Citizen Debt Audit Platform, PACD) is a citizen movement that works to dismantle the illegitimacy of debt and its usage to justify austerity policies in Spain and Europe. They seek to promote a change in the economic and social model, equip people with learning space and tools through which to fight for transparency, democracy and social justice, all in an effort to collectively demand no payment of the debt.
