Awaj Foundation
Established in 2003, the Awaj Foundation is a labour rights Bangladeshi NGO, which works to raise awareness of the structural problems of the garment industry and the issues female garment workers face. Through education, awareness, training, and research, the organisation aims to amplify workers’ voice for decent working conditions, promote worker empowerment, and gender equality.
