Instituto de Liderazgo Simone de Beauvoir (The Simone de Beauvoir Institute of Leadership) (ILSB) is a feminist organization and has contributed to creating a more democratic and just society through knowledge, innovation and the training of social leaders with a gender, rights and intercultural perspective. They work with women and men in advocacy, research and training actions on issues related to gender equality and social justice through innovative methodologies. They promote dialogue, citizen articulation and the link between work at a local, national and international level. They want communities and people to speak for their own voice, which is why we specialize in training social leaders. They strengthen their skills and knowledge.
