Brief Biography:

PhD-qualified gender & norms specialist with 10+ years’ experience in research and evaluation, gender-transformative programmes, GBV prevention, shifting harmful norms, masculinities, and behaviour change. Bilingual (English/French), I bring deep expertise in feminist and inclusive methodologies across the Global South. I’ve led research with NGOs, UN agencies, and civil society to advance women’s rights, including co-designing tools for learning, monitoring, and adaptation. My work centres on evidence-based, community-driven strategies that challenge systemic inequality and amplify marginalised voices to drive structural change and sustainable gender justice.
