Lorna Okatch
Brief Biography:
Lorna Okatch is a policy and research analyst in the Kenyan parliament. A holder of a master’s degree in Communications, an undergraduate degree in Communications Studies, and a higher diploma in Human Resource Management. She is interested in public policy, social legislation, humanitarian assistance, social development, environmental justice and human resource management. She also works as a freelance researcher exploring any problems in social policy and technological innovation to get comprehensive solutions. She speaks English, Swahili and Dholuo.

As a research and policy analyst in the Kenyan parliament, I am interested in violence against women and girls, humanitarian work, girls’ education, and women’s economic justice.
