Rachel Masika

Brief Biography:

Independent researcher and consultant with 15 years extensive gender equality analysis, training, facilitation, report-writing, capacity development, policy development and programme experience in a wide range of sectors with diverse organisations.

Gender equality advocate with working knowledge of French and country experience of Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Botswana, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Thailand, Iraq, UAE and the UK. Currently, co-investigating support needs for women students in Nigerian universities funded by the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF).  Particular areas of interests include public and organizational policies, information and communication technologies for development, climate change and higher education.
