Brief Biography:

Raida Al-Zu'bi is a Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment Specialist with an M.A. in Sociology from the US (Magna Cum Laude) and over 20 years of progressively responsible work experience at established international development organisations. These include the Gender Unit at Sussex University's Institute of Development Studies (IDS), Harvard University's School of Public Health, UN Women and other UN agencies. She focuses on Economic Empowerment, SRHR, Technology and Innovation, either as separate or intersecting themes.
