Brief Biography:

Arab Region Gender Equality and Women’s Economic Empowerment researcher, trainer, translator and consultant with a focus on care work, gendered social protection and the care economy. I have over 20 years of progressively responsible UN, Academic and INGO experience and a successful track record of designing, implementing, and leading impactful initiatives in this space locally, regionally, and internationally. Fluent in Arabic and English, with intermediate Spanish.

Gender Equality and Women's Economic Empowerment Specialist, with an M.A. in Sociology from the US (Magna Cum Laude). I focus on economic empowerment, SRHR and technology and innovation, either as separate or as intersecting themes.
