Sarah Rowse is a freelance Gender Adviser and member of a core team of Deployable Civilian Experts in Gender, Conflict and Stability for the UK Government’s Office of Conflict, Stabilisation and Mediation. She has over 20 years-experience working in the international development sector on gender equality and social inclusion in fragile and conflict-affected contexts and brings specific expertise on the Women, Peace and Security Agenda, Conflict-Related Sexual Violence and gender-sensitive Security Sector Reform.
