Brief Biography:

I am a freelance consultant, facilitator and researcher, providing tailored support to organisations for feminist, impact-oriented strategy and programme design and evaluation. I have over 12 years’ experience working in international development sector, and bring specialist knowledge in the areas of SRHR, VAWG, gender equality and women’s social and economic empowerment. I advise clients on the integration of feminist and gender transformative approaches in organisational strategies, approaches and programmes. My work is grounded in feminist principles, drawing on participatory, reflective learning, co-creation, and rights-based and evidence-informed approaches, to foster transformative learning experiences and relevant, lasting and meaningful outputs.

Areas of Expertise:

I have spent over 12 years working in international development in relation to women’s rights, health and leadership, and bring a thematic background across a number of sectors including health, SRHR, education and leadership, applying a feminist or gender lens to understand the relevant dimensions and barriers in each field.
