GADN response to the UK National Audit Office Report: ‘Improving the lives of women and girls overseas’

The National Audit Office (NAO) Report ‘Improving the lives of women and girls overseas’ (released 29 April 2020) explores whether the Department for International Development (DFID) has secured value for money in improving gender equality.  The Gender and Development Network has outlined its main reflections in response to the report and argues that it should not be used as a way to undermine aid for gender equality.
