Raises awareness that gender equality and the environment are interconnected.

The Gender and Environment Working Group raises awareness among development and environmental NGOs about the importance of addressing gender equality and environmental protection together. 

The Gender and Environment Working Group:

  • Exposes the links between gender equality and the environment both internationally and in the UK.

  • Forms a collective voice on gender and environment issues to increase our impact across the international development sector.
