Dr. Kalbarczyk is an implementation scientist by training and gender specialist. She is a global health researcher and practitioner passionate about supporting women's leadership, driving evidence-to-action initiatives, and engaging with diverse stakeholders through inclusive approaches. She has substantive experience developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating global health programs and believes deeply in the power of networks to transform the landscape of women's leadership in global health.
