Senior Gender Consultant at Mott MacDonald with experience in gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, gender-sensitive stakeholder engagement, gender policies, gender training, and safeguarding. Specialty focus on gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) issues within fragile contexts. Experienced Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry as well as the NGO sector. Skilled in International Relations, Policy Analysis, Social Media, Sociology, and Politics. Strong research professional with a PhD in African Studies and Anthropology from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science (MSc) focused on Human Rights from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
