Gender in agricultural value chains specialist, with experience of working along international and local value chains with farmers, service providers, companies and governments, to strengthen gender equity and inclusion. Strong skills in training design and delivery, coaching, tool and process design, participatory evaluation and research. Experienced in gender transformative approaches.

Areas of Expertise:

Gender equity in the context of agriculture and international value chains, smallholder farming and farmer organisations, training, and coaching, tool and process design, private sector engagement. Interest in feminist epistemologies, decolonisation, linking gender and anti-racism work, and feminist economic alternatives.
