Brief Biography:

I am a researcher and consultant supporting organisations to achieve equitable and inclusive processes and outcomes. With 10+ years of experience within the global development sector, including in fragile and conflict-affected settings, I support inclusive, context and conflict-sensitive programming and policy. I have specialist knowledge in the areas of: gender equality & social inclusion (GESI); inclusive governance; civil society strengthening; women's economic empowerment (WEE); equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI); social sectors (education, health, social protection). In addition, I am skilled in the areas of research and learning; practice development; results-based management; qualitative research; policy analysis and development.
