Vladica Jovanovic

Brief Biography:

Organisational development and learning advisor, currently pursuing a Master degree in Development studies, more particularly: MA in Gender, Violence and Conflict at University of Sussex, as a Chevening Scholar. Community organizer at heart, with 10+ years of experience supporting leading donors, foundations, corporations, and others in the Western Balkans on programme design and implementation. In the past five years, also served in various consulting roles with UN Women providing facilitation and programme support. Core areas of focus are: development, gender justice, and peacebuilding. Passionate about learning, governance, building sustainable systems and networks. Proud neurodivergent queer.

Organisational development, and particularly: strategy development, strengthening internal functioning and HR management, governance and programme development and management, peacebuilding and Western Balkans.
