Alexandra Gough

Independent Consultant and Facilitator

 Alexandra Gough is an independent consultant and facilitator.  She works predominantly for clients working in the humanitarian and social justice sector to support leadership development, culture change and strategy development. 

Prior to setting up her own business, Alex held various senior management roles in people and organisation development including heading up the Humanitarian Capacity Building team at Save the Children and leading the learning and development consultancy team at The Management Centre.  

She holds an MSc in organisational learning and a Grad Cert in OD practice and is a Human Systems Dynamics Associate.
